Ammos was born in 2015 in Skala, Kefalonia, by the Linardatos family, stemming from a simple idea: a seaside space that blends quality, simplicity, and authentic Greek hospitality.
From day one, it was designed as an all-day destination for connection and presence—barefoot hours on the sand, meaningful conversations around the table, and gazing at the sea as the light shifts.
Gastronomy is an essential part of the experience here: clean flavors, honest ingredients, and the joy of sharing food without haste. Here, time slows down—giving the moment space to linger.
